We have experience with a variety of ABA practice management systems, billing platforms, clearinghouses, and insurance provider portals, including Rethink Behavioral Health, Passage Health, Office Ally, IntakeQ, QuickBooks, Availity, Provider Express, the Cigna for Health Care Professionals portal, Humana Military (TRICARE), and the Florida Medicaid Web Portal. If your practice uses a different system, we're always happy to learn new software and adapt to your existing workflow.

Behavior Bridge Billing has experience supporting ABA providers in Florida and is available to work with practices across the United States. As payer requirements and regulations can vary by state, we take the time to understand each practice's specific requirements to ensure accurate, compliant billing and ongoing support.

We are currently completing our Medicaid billing setup and enrollment process. As we expand our services, we'll be offering Medicaid billing support beginning with Florida and additional states as we meet each state's requirements.
